In this section you will have access to your account information. Your address, phone number, email, and roommate information is all listed here. If you notice any errors please contact us.

Security:

You may change your account password in the My Security section. Simply enter your current password, choose a new password, then confirm the new password and click the Change Password button. If you have forgotten your account password contact Spartan-Net for help. Your security question can also be changed on this page. To update your security question choose a new security question from the dropdown list, enter your response below, then click the Save button.

Work orders for any problems or questions can be created easily online. Provide details of the problem in the Support Ticket section and click Create Ticket. Tickets are sent directly to Spartan-Net where a representative will review each issue and contact you promptly.

Register Wired Network Devices:

In order to access the network at some communities, devices must be registered with Spartan-Net.
Each user is allowed to register 2 wired devices.

Register WiFi Devices:

Some apartments offer community WiFi throughout their property. WiFi communities eliminate the need for a personal wireless router in the apartment. Each user at WiFi communities may register 2 WiFi devices.
